I’ve been a patient of Alissa’s for over a year now. The original reason I started seeing Alissa was I had a severe case of laryngitis and was unable to speak without being in a great deal of pain. With Alissa’s techniques and time, I was able to finally get my voice back. Alissa goes above and beyond for all of her patients, and I would highly recommend her to anybody and everybody!! Alissa has helped me more than words can describe. I was 15 at the time of receiving services for stuttering and obviously nervous about it. From the beginning Alissa made me feel comfortable and helped me gain confidence. She explained the neurological aspect of speech and gave me skills to work with my stuttering. My son has been going to Central Speech Therapy for about 5 months now. I can’t say enough about how phenomenal the overall experience has been with Alissa. She constantly strives to mold, develop, and customize the speech program for my son.
